Cancellation Policy
All services
*Late policy is 10 minutes.
*Any time over 10 minutes late will result in the cancellation of the appointment and will incur a charge of 100% of the service scheduled.
*24 hour cancellation policy.
* After 24 hour notice you will be charged 50% of the service scheduled.
* For a no call/no show you will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.
Your time is valuable, just like mine. When you are running behind or fail to show up for your appointment, it takes valuable time away from other clients and that’s not fair. This is why my policy is enforced strictly. I understand that things do come up and appreciate any notice you can give when it happens.
