Welcome to Sydnee’s Hair Boutique! Due to me being in the third trimester of my pregnancy, I will currently be closing my books to new clients until further notice. I apologize for the inconvenience to any potential clients and will do my best to accommodate you as soon as I am back from maternity leave. To all existing clients: please be aware that I am currently working shorter hours as standing on my feet for long periods of time is getting harder by the day, however I do intend to continue to work as long as physically possible. With my due date being the first week in August, I am currently taking clients tentatively until then and plan to take off 6 weeks for a maternity leave. I appreciate your patience with me as I am taking care of myself in order to take care of you all! Thank you all again for your patience and understanding. Cancellation Policy
All services
*Late policy is 10 minutes.
*Any time over 10 minutes late will result in the cancellation of the appointment and will incur a charge of 100% of the service scheduled.
*24 hour cancellation policy.
* After 24 hour notice you will be charged 50% of the service scheduled.
* For a no call/no show you will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.
Your time is valuable, just like mine. When you are running behind or fail to show up for your appointment, it takes valuable time away from other clients. This is why my policy is enforced strictly. I understand that things do come up and appreciate any notice you can give when it happens. Thank you for your understanding and the support of my small business!
